No, DEI Isn’t Dead. But No One Wants To Talk About It.

Only 20 percent of the 600 leaders surveyed said they plan to cut back on DEI in 2024. So, corporate leaders are now less likely to use acronyms like DEI, or, heaven forbid, ESG. Some 47% of respondents said they’ve observed more PR work being taken in-house, according to the 2019 JOTW Communications Survey (full report embedded below).
