I have a copy of a research and evaluation toolkit produced by PRCA, IPR (as was) and PR Week from 1999 (and updated versions from 2001 and 2003). For example, to focus on the detailed process of management, methods of measurement and evaluation, and examining ethical dimensions robustly and in depth. . . Can we do that?
