Most journalists require high-resolution images, but if there isn’t enough space put them on as low-resolution and let the journalists know they can contact you for high-resolution if needed.

I’ve been in a few situations where I’ve exchanged contact information over cell phone, but a business card is indispensable in that it’s a tangible reminder of you and the need to follow up afterwards.
