We need a concerted effort to clean up political campaigning following the 2019 General Election campaign. The Edelman Trust Barometer 2019 reported that trust in Government was 42%. I’ve written up examples of dubious practice on my blog along the way. Truth matters in a democracy. It’s a fundamental constituent of trust.
