(If The hotel’s (ludicrous) policy was posted to their website last year, yet it only went viral against them last week.

I had barricaded myself in my hotel room — OK, I even locked myself in the bathroom inside my hotel room — because I was too scared of going down to the meeting room to give the speech. What’s your biggest failure? That’s become kind of a trendy question to ask yourself.

On the other hand, there are several companies that sold glasses or operated hotels in the eclipse’s direct path with a perfectly legitimate reason to cash in. The viral videos! But forcing a fit of, say pancakes served at Denny’s , into the eclipse is most likely a wasted effort. Make sure you can deliver on your promises.
