We use every tool in the PR toolbox to do that, including inbound marketing and social media. An interesting aspect of our work is that we find ourselves doing more and more public affairs work. I have two daughters and the younger one jokes that she’s the forgotten middle child because WordWrite was “born” after her in 2002.
