2023 Disability Equality Index Report

IPR is featuring research throughout October in support of National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM). Disability:IN and the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) assess companies’ disability inclusion efforts annually. In 2023, 485 companies completed the Disability Equality Index survey. Of the participating companies, 374 have operations outside of the United States.
