I am a tech and innovation reporter at Automotive News. Before joining AN, I covered the Haredi (ultra-Orthodox Jewish) communities of New York. I then worked as an investigative reporter at the Forward, a Jewish newspaper, and went back to school for business journalism and data journalism.

By the end of my junior year I was running the paper, and one of my stories got picked up by a local newspaper. Once I graduated, I had to make the choice: newspapers or trade pubs.

Our newspaper ended up winning an award for our reporting. I got my start in journalism in 2008, working for a weekly newspaper in Connecticut called The Middlebury Bee-Intelligencer.
