Remember how we collectively coined the word “ barfshiner ” a while back? That was inspired, if you remember, by the constant (or so it seems to me) sunny and “shiny” updates one sees on Facebook that make one want to barf. “… you won’t believe what happens next.” TYPE NICE THINGS!”

So whenever I can, I try to chat with folks who are looking for help (as long as they aren’t barfshiners, or bent on picking my brain ), to see if I can pay it forward a bit. What with a ton of folk chiming in on who might or might not be a barfshiner , Ken Mueller and Heather Shinn Thomas coining the word “grouchiac&# to denote the opposite, and my little rant about Cheetos and Chopsticks (Ken called me a “whiniac&# for that, thanks, Ken), you gave me a lot of laughs, and I thank you for that.
