Fortune favours the brave: Wadds Inc launch

COVID-19 is reshaping the agency landscape, media and the future of work. That includes my own.

The new economic and working environment offers an exciting opportunity to build a new offer from scratch. I’ve set up a new professional advisory firm called Wadds Inc.

After 18 months leading the team at Metia, it’s time for the next generation of leaders to step forward. It’s been a privilege working with the team in London and across the world.

While I’ve missed working in London during the crisis, operating from home in Newcastle has underlined the potential for a more agile set up.

I’ve particularly enjoyed a newfound social connectivity caused by the lockdown, that has resulted in conversations with people across the globe.

In the coming months I’ll be exploring what next generation agency business models and organisational communication looks like.

I’ve set out my stall on my website and written a personal manifesto for building better businesses. I’m available for work. If there’s any way I can help you or you’d like to have a conversation, let’s jump on a Zoom call.
