Just for a minute...

In his weekly column "Max's Column" for TBmagazine, Maxim Behar talks about the difficulties and changes in the Bulgarian economy and business and the only force that counts - experience.

The narrow and rather unkempt streets of Sofia, and not only there, are more and more often filled with cars left on emergency lights and of course without any accident. This should be banned by law. Our cities are overcrowded with cars, traffic is becoming more and more difficult, and somehow, by definition, everyone has begun to think that they can stop even in the middle of the street once they have their lights on. "Just for a moment, to buy cigarettes or a newspaper, to withdraw money from the ATM..." and whatever other reasons anyone can think of.

On the one hand - the cameras, when they are naturally installed, will be able to control this total chaos and send fines to drivers instantly, but on the other hand, there should be a very active campaign that this is really forbidden and a serious offence. If it happens, surely at least thirty percent of the traffic congestion will be relieved.
