Twitter offers awards to brand managers

For its 10th anniversary, those who ‘influence marketing’ on the social media platform can get recognized for their efforts.

Now that Twitter is a decade old—and struggling to attract both users and advertisers—the social platform recognized this, launching Twitter Awards.

Joell Lunenfeld, Twitter’s VP of sales strategy, wrote in a company blog post that Twitter wants to recognize brand managers who “influence marketing” on the platform:

On our 10 year anniversary, we celebrated the creative and groundbreaking work our clients, partners, and agencies have created on Twitter. We’ve seen some incredible campaigns over the last decade and want to acknowledge those who continue to influence marketing on our platform.
