Highway to Skopje. But No Detours!

The whole thing with Macedonia, sorry North Macedonia, started to take comical nuances. If it wasn't tragic, disturbing and even unacceptable. The reality and the understanding that we ultimately live in a modern world, should dominate over the events throughout history centuries ago.

A mutual understanding and a good contract require at least two parties, and both must be satisfied and happy. No one, absolutely no one can understand what the dilemma really is. Maybe we can't separate the revolutionaries and the leaders and both sides can't swallow that we were once together or who speaks what language... My God...! This is all history and I think it can be resolved in a few days with a well laid out, short and tolerable contract that says we are looking forward and only forward. And nowhere else.

Some time ago, in an interview in the Skopje’s "Dnevnik" newspaper, I said that my dream is no border between Sofia and Skopje, but a fast highway. I am convinced that the time has already come. Fast, open, honest and innovative. Highway of thought and action. No detours.
