Why Transparency Is the Key to Building Brand Loyalty

A 2016 study from Label Insight reveals that nearly 40 percent of consumers will switch to a brand that is more transparent, and 56 percent of people say additional product information inspires more trust in a brand. A staggering 73 percent of those surveyed revealed they would spend more on a product that promises total transparency.
