The incident quickly turned into a PR nightmare that got worse by the day. This crisis could have been avoided if the PR department had been sufficiently embedded in the organization. Hundreds of earlier incidents with involuntary deplaning resulted in conflicts between airlines and passengers.

We had a chance to meet finally in person as well as bounce around some ideas for what they are trying to do with HubSpot Academy and their education programs.
