Kate Bullinger
CEO
United Minds

Kate is the Chief Executive Officer of United Minds, a global change consultancy that helps Fortune 500 clients transform their organizational strategy and effectiveness. Kate previously founded Weber Shandwick’s Employee Engagement and Change Management practice and developed it into one of the agency’s most in demand specialties before ultimately spinning it into United Minds. 

For over two decades, Kate has partnered with senior executives on enterprise organizational change, fostering purpose and values-driven cultures, and building employee experience strategies to attract and retain top talent. She has a passion for seeing opportunities and building talented teams to deliver on a shared vision. Kate has been a trusted advisor to a variety of clients, ranging from nonprofits to Fortune 100 companies, including KPMG, Fannie Mae, FMC, Johnson & Johnson, Nespresso, The New York Times Company, Novartis, The Population Council, Pacific Gas & Electric and The United Nations Foundation.

Earlier in her career, Kate was Chief of Staff and Chief Communications Officer at the Atlantic Philanthropies, one of the world’s largest philanthropic foundations. She was also a partner at Mercer Delta Consulting, the change management division of Mercer Consulting. There, she worked with CEOs and their teams to help them implement strategic organizational changes. Currently, Kate is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society, a nomination-based global association for senior strategic communication leaders.

Kate earned a Master of Arts from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts from Denison University. 

Kate lives with her husband, two daughters and beloved dog, Lulu, in New York City.

Carol Carrubba, principal at Highwire, is a business leader and communications expert with a deep focus on and passion for technology. For clients, Carol specializes in category design, strategic messaging, executive speaker coaching and thought leadership for midsized to Fortune 10 technology companies like AWS, Splunk, Intel, Western Digital, IBM and many others. Carol partnered with companies like Gitlab, Digital Ocean, Qualtrics, and others through their IPO processes, from developing corporate narratives and establishing their business-as-usual to C-suite speaker training and listing day media and digital activations. For the Highwire team, Carol oversees People and Culture with the highest priority on diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Highwire is committed to finding and elevating all voices as we nurture the next generation of communications leaders.

Carol graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in English, followed by Peace Corps service in Mali, West Africa, for more than two years.  Carol began her career in tech at iPrint, the world’s first online print shop. Before building Highwire PR with her two business partners, Carol held leadership positions at Porter Novelli, Fleishman Hillard, and Schwartz (now MSL).

Carol’s passion for technology transcends her professional career. She has been married for more than 20 years to one of the first engineers at iPrint. They live in San Francisco with three beautiful children and two dogs and spend as much time as possible at their home in the hills of Geyserville. Carol is a certified yoga instructor but enjoys vino as much as vinyasa.

Keith Dailey
Group Vice President, Corporate Affairs
The Kroger Co.

As group vice president of corporate affairs for The Kroger Co., Keith serves as chief communications, advocacy, sustainability and social impact. His responsibilities include public policy, advocacy and government relations; external communications and brand public relations, financial communications, media relations, issues and crisis management, and executive communications; associate communications and engagement; corporate story and Kroger Studios – Kroger’s visual and digital storytelling team; environmental sustainability and social responsibility, including Kroger’s bold impact plan Zero Hunger | Zero Waste; corporate philanthropy and community relations, including oversight of The Kroger Co. Foundation and The Kroger Co. Zero Hunger | Zero Waste Foundation, a public charity.

Keith joined Kroger in 2011 after a decade of work on political campaigns and serving as director of communications in the Ohio Governor’s Office. He served five years as Kroger’s chief spokesperson and director of corporate communications, where he led the company’s national media relations, financial communications, executive communications, and issues and crisis management. In 2016, he was promoted to senior director of external affairs after he established the company’s license to operate practice area and assumed responsibility for government relations & advocacy. He was promoted to senior director of corporate affairs in 2017, after also assuming responsibility for associate communications and engagement. Keith was promoted to vice president in 2018, and to his current position in 2019.

Keith serves on the boards of the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, Cincinnati Regional Business Committee, Greater Cincinnati Foundation, and FMI – The Food Industry Association Foundation. Education He earned a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Politics & Government from Ohio Wesleyan University.

AJ Goodman
SVP and Corporate Lead

A.J. Goodman specializes in corporate reputation, media strategy and engagement. He is an expert in executive visibility, having orchestrated dozens of C-Suite media tours.  He created and executed earned media programs and corporate newsrooms for top clients including Accenture, HP, Under Armour and Mars Incplacing them at top global events from the World Economic Forum to Aspen Ideas Festival.

Prior to joining 160/90 in 2023, A.J. held senior leadership roles at Edelman, Ketchum and BCW where he led the media practice at all three firms. In addition to maintaining daily interactions with the leading business publications, such as the Wall Street Journal and Fortune, as well as business TV and online video network including CNBC, CNN, FOX and Yahoo Finance, A.J. regularly conducts media trainings with C-suite leaders and facilitates executive media tours. Working with colleagues across 160/90, AJ develops integrated communications programs that connects the agency’s clients to culture.

Earlier in his career, A.J. was a production specialist with the CBS Broadcasting’s Special Events team in remote production of the 1992 Democratic National Convention, 1992 U.S. Open and 1994 Winter Olympic Games in Norway. 

Peter Harris

Peter founded The Harris Agency in September 2017 after spending nearly 25 years perfecting his skill in reputation and issues management.  Having managed and protected reputations for some of the most admired and disruptive companies in the world,  Peter offers clients extreme senior level counsel, a keen understanding of today’s world of influence and risks, and a “get shit done” kind of attitude.  Recognized recently by ROI-NJ as one of the most influential PR pros in NJ, Peter is proud to work with Fortune 500 clients such as Verizon, PSE&G, Synchrony, Wipro, Fiserv and Schneider Electric.

Prior to starting The Harris Agency, Peter was CEO of Grayling Americas and responsible for all operations, integration and business growth across nine offices and 300 people.

Before joining Grayling, Peter spent seven years at MSLGroup where he served in roles including North America Corporate Practice lead, Global Engagement Director for United Technologies, and head of the agency’s Strategic Partnerships and Alliances. Prior to joining MSLGROUP, Peter ran the global IBM account at Ketchum and founded the agency’s Financial Services Group.

Peter is Trustee of Jacksonville (FL) Chamber of Commerce and a board member of TechUnited:NJ.  He is an avid fan of good cigars, golf, soccer and women’s lacrosse. He and his family live in Boonton Twp, NJ and Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

Bob Osmond

Bob Osmond has more than 25 years of experience delivering integrated public relations programs for technology and consumer clients. As president of Racepoint Global (RPG), Bob leads agency strategy, culture, and operations and helps shape conversations that matter for tech-forward brands. He is passionate about work culture and the role of communications in defining and integrating brand purpose. Bob is a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE®), and a board member of the Public Relations Council.  

Bob’s agency career includes positions at Upstart Communications (FleishmanHillard), Cohn & Wolfe (Burson), Ketchum, Access Brand Communications, and RPG. Over the years, his teams have been recognized with Cannes Lions, Silver Anvil, PRWeek, and Sabre awards.  

Before starting his agency career, Bob worked as an entrepreneur and consultant. He spent several years as an artist manager in Canada, working with major-label bands. As a writer and marketer, he produced corporate and educational videos, worked in technical marketing, and implemented quality systems for manufacturing and services firms.  

A father of three young adults, Bob lives in New York with his spouse, Hope Pordy. He is a runner and a consumer of all the arts and culture New York has to offer. A native of Nova Scotia, Canada, Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Dalhousie University, Halifax.
