Most employees believe workers should speak out

The majority of U.S. employees believe they should use their voice to speak on current topics, even if it’s critical of their employer.

According to research from Weber Shandwick, in partnership with KRC Research and United Minds, the majority of employees believe it’s OK to take a public stand against their employer. And the trend is on the rise.

Millennials are the only generation who believe it is just as allowable to speak against their employer as it is to support them.
