What separates the solo PR pros from their agency or in-house colleagues?

Not a whole lot when it comes to managing the stresses of a job in communications. For Michelle Garrett, PR consultant and writer for Garrett Public Relations, the job requires two cups of coffee a day and access to the phone.

And Twitter, of course.
