Business Insider:Aaron Holmes (@aaronpholmes) has been named Tech Reporter.

Business Insider: Kadia Tubman (@kadiatubman) has joined as Weekend Editor.

Verizon Media: (@verizonmedia) has announced the launch of Cashay (@Cashay), a personal finance website for millennials. Janna Herron will lead the site as Editor with Reporters: Stephanie Asymkos, Dhara Singh and Denitsa Tsekova.

Crain’s New York Business: Matthew Flamm (@mflamm_reporter) has retired but will be available for freelance commissions.

Financial News: Chris Newlands (@newlands_chris) will be leaving his post as Editor at the end of the month.

Long Beach Business Journal: (@LBBizJourn) has been sold to the parent of the Long Beach Post newspaper (@LongBeachPost).

Wall Street Journal, The: Elizabeth Koh (@elizabethrkoh) has been appointed Foreign Correspondent.

Wall Street Journal, The: has hired Nicole Nguyen (@nicnguyen). She will start on February 25.
