#TipForTuesday – What is Leadership?

This is the last #TipForTuesday of the year and the last four leadership cards from the Developing the Leader Within You deck.  I made a commitment at the beginning of the year to randomly select 3-4 cards and write about them.  I missed one month, but here are the past posts.
This month’s selections are:

• Trust – firm reliance on the integrity, ability, or character of a person or thing
• Family – being with family, both quality and quantity of time
• Structure – formality, processes and systems
• Legacy – making a difference today with tomorrow in mind, succession

So perfect for the end of the year.  For business owners this is our opportunity to tell our teams how important they are to our companies’ success.  We trust you to do what is right for our clients and ultimately for the betterment of our organization.  We can look at our business practices and the structures we have in place making sure they still hold true for the year ahead.
And the holidays are filled with gatherings with family and friends, sharing traditions and creating new ones that hopefully will have a lasting impact for years to come.
